Partisia goes live with a secure auction solution for trading "energy saving projects" at Energiauktion.dk
. The solution covers the entire process from defining the energy project to issuing the final contract at the seller's accept of the best bid. The solution as a whole as well as the imbedded sealed bid auction runs on cloud computing without compromising the security. This is possible with our innovative technology that allows the sealed bids to remain encrypted forever.
In coorperation with Copenhagen Economics and Professor Nils-Henrik M von der Fehr, Partisia has been awarded a framework agreement by the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency (www.pts.se
). The framework agreement is on auction consulting services in future spectrum auctions held by PTS.
Partisia has teamed up with energy specialist, Norenergi
, to provide auction solutions for confidential online trading of energy related products based on Partisias unique technology.
Partner and Chief Cryptographer at Partisia, professor of cryptography at Aarhus University, Ivan Damgård, has been selected as a fellow of the IACR (International Association for Cryptologic Research). This distinction recognises people who have made outstanding contributions to research in cryptology and related fields. The IACR’s grounds for announcing Ivan Damgård are: “For fundamental contributions to cryptography, for sustained educational leadership in cryptography, and for service to the IACR.”.
Partisia participates in the research center, Center for Research in the Foundations of Electronic Markets. The center was granted 26.5 mil DKK from The Danish Council for Strategic Research
Partner and Chief Economist at Partisia, professor of economics at Copenhagen Business School, Peter Bogetoft, has been awarded the 2010 FUHU Research Prize. This includes models of artificial competition, contract design, best practices and secret calculations.
Partisia and the underlying SMC technology is mentioned in the Communications of the ACM.
The cryptographic techniques, Secure Multiparty Computation
, underlying our software solutions are described in the August 2008 issue of Scientific American. The contract exchange
used by the Danish sugar industry is mentioned specifically.
Danish national science portal "Videnskab.dk" describes the first deployment of the contract exchange and tells the story of the underlying research (in Danish only).
Danish technical newspaper "Ingeniøren" describes the first deployment of the contract exchange (in Danish only).
